Companies using CoNexa Pro control the project and business information they enter or upload into the platform.

For customer-controlled project data, CoNexa Pro generally acts as a service provider or personal information processor on behalf of the customer.

You may choose not to use AI-powered features.

  • provide CoNexa Pro;
  • maintain customer accounts and project records;

When information is deleted, copies may remain temporarily in system backups until they are overwritten through normal backup processes.
